To manage subscriptions and users in NIXZ, you must be an administrator of your NIXZ environment. Would you like to become an administrator? Send an email to support@nixz.io.

Subscriptions

You will find an overview of all subscriptions on the "Billing" page.

To cancel a subscription send an email to your ATS contact person or support@nixz.io.

OTYS administrators can downgrade and upgrade the subscription to the NIXZ Plugin Lite or Pro on this page.

Users

On the "Users" page you can see which colleagues have access to the NIXZ system. These users are NOT automatically NIXZ Plugin users. For these subscriptions you need to go through your ATS.

On this page you can also add and remove users.
