In most cases we also receive a error message that a certain functionality of Kandido or GoodCatch has stopped working.
Then we disable the functionality for 24 hours (excluding weekends).
After the functionality has been disabled for 24 hours, we will turn it back on to see if it has been resolved.
Often this is enough to solve the problem. If this is not the case, we will contact you and look at other solutions.
