LinkedIn warning

As you know the NIXZ web robots also use your LinkedIn account. If you are reading this page, you may have gotten a warning from LinkedIn. This means that LinkedIn has measured a lot of activity with your account.  

What the NIXZ team will do

In order to ensure access to your LinkedIn account, our team will take the following steps:

  • Turn off NIXZ bots working on LinkedIn for 1 or 2 days (depending on the severity of the LinkedIn warning)

  • After this, the bots will be activated again and work at a lower frequency

  • The team will monitor your bots extra closely the coming weeks

This means that for 1 or 2 days you will not see any new results on your dashboard. After this, the situation will improve.

What you can do

In order to prevent these issues and ensure you can optimally use NIXZ bots to find people for you on LinkedIn, we have the following tips for you:

  • Use an old(er) LinkedIn account.
    As LinkedIn accounts that have only been active for a short period of time are limited more by LinkedIn.

  • Consider using a paid account like LinkedIn premium, Recruiter lite or Sales Navigator. With a paid account, you will also be able to create better queries and get better search results. LinkedIn often offers free trials, so just give it a go and see for yourself.

  • Do not overuse the same LinkedIn account yourself as LinkedIn measures the activity by you and our bots.
