Use campaigns in NIXZ to follow up with candidates in a structured way. Where Search and Candidates are mainly used to select and review profiles, campaigns help you set up the right outreach and follow-up steps afterwards.
Use campaigns when you want to approach a selection of candidates with a fixed sequence of steps. Think of email steps, LinkedIn steps, and other follow-up moments that you want to run in the right order.
Where to find it
Click Campaigns in the main menu on the left.
In this module, you will find actions to create, edit, activate, pause, resume, or archive a campaign.
When to use campaigns
Use campaigns when you already know which candidates you want to approach.
In most cases, this starts from a search, Shortlist, or the overview in Candidates. There, you first create a selection. After that, you add those candidates to a campaign so you can manage follow-up, messages, and timing centrally.
This keeps searching, reviewing, and outreach as separate steps. That makes the process easier to manage and prevents candidates from entering the wrong flow too early.
What you can do with campaigns
In a campaign, you can:
- create a new campaign;
- add steps, such as E-mail or LinkedIn message;
- compose messages with fixed text, fields, or AI prompts;
- improve text with Rewrite and Spell check;
- connect a sending account through Connect new account;
- add candidates and track their progress;
- activate, pause, resume, or archive campaigns.
How campaigns fit into your workflow
A good campaign does not start with as many candidates as possible, but with the right candidates.
First select the profiles that fit your vacancy, assignment, or target group. Then check whether the campaign matches that selection in terms of message, timing, and channel. Only then should you activate the campaign.
Practical use
See campaigns as the execution layer of your recruitment process. In Search and Candidates, you decide who is interesting. In campaigns, you decide how and when to approach those candidates.
Working this way keeps it clear for you and your team which candidates are still being selected and which candidates are already actively being followed up.
