From a vacancy, you can search for suitable candidates or review existing internal candidate matches. This means you use a vacancy not only as a source of information, but also as a starting point for sourcing and matching.
You can do this from the NIXZ web application and, depending on your setup, also from embedded NIXZ views inside your ATS.
Where to find this
Open Vacancies and click a vacancy to review the details.
From the vacancy, you can choose Search external candidates. This starts a candidate search based on the selected vacancy.
How NIXZ uses the vacancy
NIXZ uses the vacancy text and structured data to prepare a candidate search. This can include requirements, preferences, responsibilities, location, seniority, and other available information.
AI can help derive filters and criteria from that vacancy context. After that, you can review candidates based on match score and profile content.
Review candidates for a vacancy
The vacancy details also include a Candidate matches section. There you can see automatically matched candidates who fit the vacancy or were previously linked to it.
Matching inside your ATS
When NIXZ is set up as an embedded view in your ATS, you can review vacancy context and candidate matches directly inside your ATS. This is useful when your team mainly works from the ATS but still wants to use NIXZ matching.
With a direct ATS integration, NIXZ can also forward new vacancies from your preferred sources to your ATS. From there, recruiters can follow up on the vacancy within their normal process.
Practical use
Use Find candidates when you want to build a longlist from a specific vacancy. After that, always review the generated filters and criteria to make sure the search fits the role or interim assignment you are hiring for.
