Does your ATS or CRM also support searching internal candidates? If so, use the Internal tab in the results overview to show results from your ATS/CRM.
This view is mainly intended for situations where you first want to check whether a suitable professional is already known within your own organization before you start reviewing external profiles.
Where to find it
Open a search in Search and choose the Internal tab.
Search within your existing database
The internal search works in the same way as a regular search. NIXZ compares the search criteria with the candidates available through your connected ATS, CRM, or another internal source.
This allows you to use AI-driven matching inside your own database as well, without manually navigating through files or search folders.
When do you use Internal?
Most users switch to Internal when they first want to determine whether a suitable professional is already available in their own network.
This can be useful, for example, when:
- a client expects a proposal quickly;
- you want to place existing candidates first;
- you want to avoid approaching the same professional multiple times;
- you want to check whether a found professional is already present in your ATS.
Available information
Which information is visible depends on the data available in your ATS or CRM. The same applies to available search filters, because internal search capabilities can vary significantly per ATS/CRM.
In addition to profile information, NIXZ can also show extra information such as the profile analysis for an internal candidate. This gives you insight not only into the match with the search, but also into the stored candidate data.
Tip
It is often efficient to review a search in Internal first and only switch to External afterwards. That way, you make the best use of existing candidates before looking for new professionals.
