You can add candidates manually when you already have a profile URL or resume and want to store that candidate directly in NIXZ.
Where to find it
Open Candidates and use Add candidate or Import URL, depending on the source you want to add.
Ways to add candidates
In practice, there are a few common ways:
- Import URL to add one or more profiles based on a social media URL;
- Upload resume to parse a resume;
- Add candidate to create a new candidate manually when available.
When to use it
Use manual add when a candidate does not come from a search, but you still want to keep the information in NIXZ and work with it further.
Tip
Do you want to automatically monitor internal candidates or bench candidates for relevant vacancies? Add them manually so all relevant work experience from your resumes can be used for matching.
