Where to find it
Open a candidate profile and go to the Jobs tab.
What you can do with it
In this view you see which vacancies match the profile well. That helps you to:
- connect candidates to suitable vacancies faster;
- build a shortlist for a vacancy;
- assess whether a candidate is relevant for an open role;
- decide what follow-up action to take.
Use vacancy matching especially when you have internal candidates or bench candidates for whom you actively want to find new opportunities. NIXZ can automatically match vacancies for you and notify you when new, high-quality matches appear.
