Use the campaign overview and the detail view to follow what your campaign is producing. This helps you see not only whether a campaign is active, but also how candidates move through it and where any blockers appear.
Monitoring results helps you determine whether your message, timing, and target group still fit well together.
What you see in the campaign
In an active campaign, you see statistics and signals that help you assess progress. For example:
- how many candidates have been added;
- how many candidates are active;
- how many steps have been completed;
- how many candidates opened, clicked, or replied;
- whether there are candidates with missing details or other blockers.
Follow candidates inside the campaign
Besides overall figures, you can also review what is happening per candidate. In the detail view, you can search, filter, and open candidates to see where they are in the campaign.
That quickly shows which candidates are still active, who is temporarily paused, and where errors or blockers are appearing. You can also see which candidates have already replied or completed the campaign. This makes it easier to adjust in a focused way without changing the entire campaign.
When you need to adjust
Monitoring is not only meant for looking at numbers. It mainly helps you recognize when your campaign needs attention.
If few candidates respond, many candidates get blocked on missing details, or a particular step seems to perform less well, that may be a sign that your message, timing, or target group needs to be adjusted. Following up too quickly or too slowly can also affect how the campaign feels.
Also check whether the campaign is still using the right context. When campaign messages were created with AI or rewrite actions based on a related vacancy, it is important that the vacancy still fits the candidates and the message you are sending.
Good to know
Do not only look at the totals, look at the patterns as well. A campaign performs better when you notice in time where candidates drop off, where blockers appear, and which steps do or do not work.
