The synchronization options in the plugin depend on whether the profile already exists in your ATS. New profiles show different actions than existing profiles.
Synchronizing a new profile
When you open a profile that is not in your ATS, the plugin gives you options to:
- add the candidate to your ATS;
- link the profile to an existing candidate in your ATS;
- link the profile to a candidate with a similar name in your ATS.
If there are potential matches, the plugin shows a list so you can choose the correct person.
Profile is already in ATS
If the profile already exists in your ATS, click the portrait to open it in your ATS.
Use the Update button next to the candidate name to update candidate details, including work experience, in your ATS.
