In the candidate profile, you can retrieve contact details when you want to reach someone outside the ATS. NIXZ can use two providers for this: a primary provider and a secondary provider.
The costs can differ per provider. In most cases, credits are only charged when email addresses or phone numbers are actually found.
If you only use the plugin and do not have dashboard access, ask an administrator to check your credit balance or add more credits.
