NIXZ can be connected to different systems that recruiters, staffing firms, and intermediaries use every day. This includes ATS and CRM systems, DAS and VMS portals, email accounts, and social media accounts for campaigns and messages.
Which connections are available depends on your NIXZ product, your license, and the setup of your environment.
ATS and CRM systems
NIXZ connects with different ATS and CRM systems to exchange candidates, vacancies, clients, or activities. Depending on the connection, you can for example save candidates, synchronize data, use vacancies as context for searches, or open NIXZ screens directly inside your ATS.
Examples of systems NIXZ can connect with include Carerix, OTYS, Mysolution, Bullhorn, RecruitNow, Recruitee/Tellent, ForceFlow, Flexsoftware, Flatchr, and Salesforce.
DAS and VMS portals
For interim assignments, NIXZ can retrieve requests from DAS and VMS portals. These are platforms where public-sector or large organizations publish assignments for external hiring.
Examples include Flextender, TenderNed, Mercell, CTM Solution, Nétive VMS, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, Connecting-Expertise, and other hiring or procurement portals. Restricted portals or sources with your own access can also be configured, for example when your organization can view more requests through its own subscription.
Email and social media
For campaigns and messages, NIXZ can also connect with communication channels. For example, you can connect a Gmail or Outlook account for email campaigns, or connect a LinkedIn account for sending messages within campaigns.
Through these connections, NIXZ can send messages, perform follow-up actions, and run campaigns through the channels you have configured.
Managing connections
You manage connected systems through the Connections page in the NIXZ web application. Here you can review available connections, add account details, or update existing credentials.
Use this page, for example, when you want to connect an email account, add DAS or VMS login details, or update changed account details after a password change.
When a connection no longer works, for example because login details have expired or changed, NIXZ automatically sends the user a notification. This lets you update the connection so synchronizations, vacancy sources, and campaigns keep working properly.
Is your system not listed?
Not every connection is available by default, but NIXZ can often unlock other systems or sources. Think of an ATS with an API, a restricted vacancy portal, a mailbox, an employer career site, or a custom source with its own access.
