Synchronization makes it possible to transfer data from NIXZ to a connected ATS, CRM, or other system. This can include candidates, vacancies, clients, contact details, match information, or interim requests.
Which data is synchronized depends on the connection, your settings, and the purpose of the integration.
Standard field mappings
For commonly used platforms, NIXZ has standard field mappings. This means familiar fields are mapped automatically, such as name, email address, phone number, job title, organization, location, or vacancy data.
As a result, an integration can often be set up quickly without having to align every field manually. Where needed, mappings can be adjusted to match the setup of your own ATS or CRM.
Synchronization with an ATS
For an ATS integration, NIXZ agrees with you which data should be created, updated, or retrieved. Depending on the integration, NIXZ can for example save candidates, enrich profiles, synchronize vacancies, or link candidates to a vacancy.
The exact behavior differs per ATS. Some systems use fixed data fields, while others offer more room for custom fields, notes, labels, or activities.
Synchronizing interim requests
When NIXZ synchronizes interim requests to an ATS, we align with the customer on the best way to place this data in the system. A request can for example be saved as a vacancy, assignment, lead, project, or another suitable object, depending on how the ATS is configured.
We look at which fields are needed, how clients should be linked, where publication or deadline information should be stored, and how users want to find or follow up on the requests later.
Good to know
Synchronization is intended to reduce duplicate entry and make data usable in your existing working environment. The technical connection matters, but the right setup ultimately determines how useful the data is in practice.
