Which vacancies you see in NIXZ depends on the sources activated for your account. You can work with individual sources or with combined feeds, depending on your subscription and the coverage you need.
You can find an up-to-date overview of available sources in our available sources.
Types of sources
NIXZ works with different types of vacancy sources:
- LinkedIn Feed for permanent LinkedIn vacancies;
- DASFeed for interim vacancies from Dynamic Purchasing Systems;
- JobFeed for interim vacancies from other VMS platforms;
- BrokerFeed for vacancies published by brokers.
These feeds can be configured differently per customer. Some customers use one specific source, while others combine multiple sources.
Choosing sources
Which sources make sense depends on your target group and workflow.
For example, use the LinkedIn Feed when you mainly want to follow permanent vacancies. Use DASFeed, JobFeed, BrokerFeed, or contact us about sources based on your own subscriptions when you want to receive interim assignments from procurement, VMS, or broker channels.
During onboarding or when expanding your setup, NIXZ discusses which sources you need and how they can be used in combination with the web application, embedded ATS views, or a direct vacancy synchronization with your ATS.
Sources in the web application
In Vacancies, you can use available sources to filter the list. This lets you search within one feed or look more broadly across multiple sources.
Depending on your setup, vacancies can show information such as source, platform, publication date, closing date, location, hours, and category.
Sources in your ATS
When your selected sources are connected directly to your ATS, NIXZ forwards new vacancies from those sources to your ATS. Together, we configure the field mapping and any customer-specific business rules.
That way, you can use vacancy data from NIXZ inside your own ATS process without recruiters having to copy vacancies manually.
