In Vacancies, you work with NIXZ vacancy feeds. You use this module to search, filter, review, download, and use vacancies as a starting point for finding matching candidates.
Within NIXZ, vacancies includes both permanent vacancies from the LinkedIn Feed and interim vacancies from sources such as DASFeed, JobFeed, and BrokerFeed.
Where to find this
Open Vacancies in the main menu on the left.
There you will see an overview of vacancies from the sources available for your account. You can search the list, use filters, and open a vacancy to view more details.
How you can use vacancies
Customers can use vacancy feeds in three ways:
- in the NIXZ web application, through the Vacancies module;
- in embedded views inside your ATS, for example to find matching vacancies for a candidate directly from your ATS;
- through a direct ATS integration, where NIXZ forwards new vacancies from your preferred sources to your ATS.
Which setup you use depends on your subscription, your workflow, and the systems your organization uses.
Working from the web application
In the web application, you mainly use Vacancies to search and review vacancies.
For example, you can:
- search vacancies within specific sources or by properties such as title, text, company, or location;
- download vacancies through Download;
- open the original vacancy with View original vacancy;
- search for candidates from a vacancy through Find candidates.
When you open a vacancy, you see the vacancy content and additional fields such as location, hours, closing date, source, category, and other available information.
Working from your ATS
In some environments, NIXZ shows vacancy information directly inside your ATS. This lets you review vacancies for an existing company or find matches for a candidate from your own working environment, without constantly switching back to the NIXZ web application.
These embedded views are especially useful when recruiters work in the ATS every day but still want to use the search, matching, and enrichment capabilities of NIXZ.
Connecting vacancies directly to your ATS
You can also choose to connect specific vacancy sources or feeds directly to your ATS. In that case, NIXZ discusses during onboarding which sources you want to use, which fields you need, and how the data should be mapped to your ATS.
After setup, NIXZ places new vacancies from your selected sources directly into your ATS. This is not a standard self-service setting, but a configured integration based on your sources, data needs, and ATS structure.
