DASConnect is a link between a vacancy source and your ATS. NIXZ logs in with your (DAS) login details on a DAS portal (or job board) and places them in your ATS. Do you want data from a DAS or job board that you are not registered on? Then use the DASFeed or the JobFeed.

In this article we describe what is technically possible in the connection with the ATS.

Which ATSs can you connect?

We can connect to any ATS that has an API available. In practice, these are all ATSs. As a client, we expect you to make the API available and give the NIXZ team access.

Can you also publish vacancies on my website?

We place vacancies in your ATS with the status you choose. You can link and set up a workflow to this status in your ATS. This includes creating a task for editorial work or automatically publishing to your website or posting to job boards (via multiposters).

Which data fields are available?

This depends on what is available on a job board. We have a list of standard dates that we collect from job boards.

How neat is the data?

Our developers are continuously working on improving data quality. This includes standardizing the spelling of dates or the layout of lists. For most sources we can send you a sample dataset so that you get a good impression of the data quality you can expect.

Can you improve formatting and writing with AI?

We currently do not offer integration with AI to improve the data. We would like to hear what your wishes are in this area, so ask about this during a demo.

Can I exclude certain functions?

We are working on automatically categorizing vacancies. Once this functionality is complete, we can also filter or exclude functions.

Can you also assign match criteria or labels?

We can have match criteria automatically added in OTYS. This is also possible in other ATSs where labels are used. We do charge additional installation costs for this.
