Logging in to the plugin usually happens through your ATS or CRM. The flow is always the same: install the plugin, open the extension through the extension icon next to the address bar, choose the correct ATS or CRM, and then follow that system’s sign-in flow.
In many environments, you do not sign in to NIXZ separately. Instead, you use your ATS or CRM credentials and follow the SSO flow of that system.
Important: is NIXZ part of your ATS subscription? Activate NIXZ through your ATS. That links your account directly to the right environment and organization.
Do you only use the plugin? Ask your ATS or CRM administrator whether NIXZ has already been activated for your environment and which sign-in steps you need to follow.
