If NIXZ is connected to your ATS or CRM, you usually open the plugin from your browser through the extension icon next to the address bar. Then you choose the correct system and follow the sign-in flow of your ATS or CRM.
If the plugin does not open, check whether the extension is enabled and whether you are signed in to the correct ATS or CRM environment.
If you only use the plugin and do not see this step in your daily workflow, your connection usually only needs to be activated once. After that, NIXZ opens when you visit a recognized page.
