With NIXZ, you can use AI to start a new search quickly from free text or from a vacancy. This is the starting point when you want to build a first longlist as a recruiter.
Where to find it
Open Search in the left sidebar and click New search.
How to start a search
You can begin in several ways:
- type your request in Describe your ideal candidate;
- choose one of the example prompts;
- click Use a vacancy to start from an existing vacancy;
- use Upload job description if you want to upload vacancy text.
NIXZ then uses your search input to determine both initial search filters and evaluation criteria with AI. That starts the search, retrieves candidates, and evaluates them one by one against the criteria. More detail about filters and criteria is covered in the next articles in this section.
What you see next
After the search starts, you move to the results view. There you can:
- review results;
- open candidates;
- refine the search stage with Filters;
- review or adjust the evaluation through Criteria.
Practical use
Use New search when you want to begin from scratch. If you want to reopen an earlier search, use History instead.
