Profiles are evaluated based on the match criteria you defined when starting the search. Each criterion is assessed as yes, no, or unknown, with a short explanation of the match. The match score shows the combined result of those evaluations as a percentage, so you can see how well a profile fits the current search and decide more quickly which candidates to open first.
Open a candidate in the profile view when you want to understand in more detail why some candidates rank higher or lower.
Where to find it
After starting a search, you see the score and evaluation directly in the results list.
What the match score means
The match score is an indication of how well the profile matches the criteria in your search. The better the fit, the more relevant that profile may appear in the results.
The evaluation helps you read the score faster. Instead of only a number, you immediately see whether NIXZ considers the candidate strong, relevant, or less relevant.
How to use it
Use the match score and evaluation to:
- build an initial shortlist quickly;
- open high-potential candidates first;
- compare candidates within the same search;
- see whether your criteria may be too broad or too narrow.
Practical use
Treat the score as a prioritization aid, not as a final verdict. Always open the profile when a candidate looks interesting, so you can check experience, skills, and context.
