Do you want to get in touch with a candidate? Then you can request an email address or phone number for that candidate with one click. This is especially useful once you already reviewed the candidate and are ready for follow-up, for example through messaging campaigns.
Where to find it
Open a candidate profile and click Find e-mail & phonenumber.
How it works
In the Find contact details view that opens, you see two options:
- Primary provider, for high-quality and highly reliable email addresses and phone numbers
- Secondary provider, for a somewhat slower but more in-depth search across multiple data sources with broad coverage
The primary provider is usually the first choice. If it does not return a result, or if you want to use secondary credits, you can switch to the secondary provider.
Credits and availability
Contact details cost credits, but only when contact information is actually found. Which provider is used depends on your choice.
Use Buy credits when your balance is not sufficient and you need to request more contact details.
