Credits are used for premium features in NIXZ, such as retrieving contact details and running smart tasks. All credits within an account are shared by the whole team.
If you work in the dashboard, you can see your credit balance at the top of the page.
If you use the plugin, your balance is also shown at the top of the plugin.
If you want to check your remaining balance or see how credits were used, go to Billing and open Credit usage in the dashboard. If you only use the plugin and do not have dashboard access, ask your administrator to check it for you.
Premium contact information
We use two providers for contact details. The primary provider costs 4 credits per request and the secondary provider costs 10 credits per request.
Credits are only charged when email addresses or phone numbers are actually found. In some environments, a request is also only charged once per team and once per month.
Smart tasks and upgrading credits
Smart tasks, powered by AI and machine learning, cost 1 credit per task. If your credits are running low or have run out, you can buy more credits from Billing, depending on your permissions and subscription. If you only use the plugin, you will usually need someone with dashboard access to handle this for you.
