NIXZ stores profile information for a maximum of 30 days, unless the candidate has explicitly given permission to keep the data longer.
What this means in practice
When you view, import, save, or use a candidate in NIXZ, profile information may be processed and stored temporarily. That data remains available for a maximum of 30 days. After that, the personal data is automatically removed, unless there is a valid reason to keep it longer.
Why this retention period exists
NIXZ processes candidate profiles carefully and limits the retention period as much as possible in line with GDPR guidelines. The 30-day period is meant to give you enough time to review, compare, or follow up on a profile without keeping personal data longer than necessary.
When data may be stored longer
Profile information may be kept longer when the candidate has explicitly given permission. For example, when a candidate agrees to be included in a talent pool, further mediation, or longer-term follow-up.
In that case, the retention period that applies is the one that matches the agreement, consent, or setup within your ATS/CRM.
What happens after 30 days?
After 30 days, the personal data that may no longer be stored is automatically removed within NIXZ. If you want to keep a candidate structurally, make sure this is done based on consent or according to the agreements within your own organization and ATS/CRM. You can record that consent on the candidate profile by clicking the relevant consent button next to the candidate's name.
Good to know
NIXZ helps you handle candidate data carefully, but your organization remains responsible for correctly recording consent and following internal privacy agreements.
