When a candidate replies, NIXZ automatically stops the remaining campaign steps for that candidate. This prevents someone from still receiving a follow-up email or LinkedIn message after contact has already started.
The reply remains visible on the candidate, so you can continue follow-up from there. Other candidates in the same campaign continue as normal according to their own schedule.
Email steps and LinkedIn steps that have already been executed naturally remain part of the campaign history. Only future steps for the candidate who replied are no longer executed.
Important: this functionality currently works only for LinkedIn steps and not for email messages.
