When a candidate replies on LinkedIn, or the chat history shows that contact is already ongoing, NIXZ skips further LinkedIn steps for that candidate. This prevents someone from automatically being approached again on LinkedIn while a conversation is already in progress.
The reply remains visible in the conversation view on the candidate profile. There you can review the available email and LinkedIn communication and decide on the next action. Other candidates in the same campaign continue as normal according to their own schedule.
LinkedIn steps that have already been executed remain part of the campaign history. Email steps continue according to the configured campaign flow; a LinkedIn reply does not currently stop them automatically.
Important: automatic skipping after a reply currently applies to LinkedIn steps. For email replies, check whether further automatic follow-up is still appropriate and pause the candidate if needed.
