If a campaign step cannot be executed, the candidate remains in the campaign, but that specific step is blocked until the cause has been resolved.
This can happen, for example, when an email address is missing, a connected account is not available, or a LinkedIn step does not fit the candidate’s connection status.
NIXZ shows in the campaign overview why the step cannot continue. As soon as the blocker is resolved, the campaign can continue again according to the configured schedule. Other candidates in the same campaign continue as normal.
