The freshness of vacancies depends on the source, the feed, and the way the vacancy is connected. NIXZ retrieves vacancies from different sources and, in some cases, also processes updates when those are available within the chosen setup.
Not every source publishes or updates vacancies in the same way. That is why refresh timing can differ per source.
New vacancies
New vacancies from your activated sources become visible in Vacancies. With a direct ATS integration, NIXZ forwards new vacancies from your preferred sources to your ATS as soon as they become available according to the configured setup.
This means you do not have to copy new vacancies manually from external platforms.
Updated vacancies
Vacancies can be changed after publication. Think of updates to the text, closing date, hours, location, or status.
Whether and how quickly those changes become visible depends on the source and the available data. Some sources provide updates clearly, while others mainly expose new publications.
Open and closed vacancies
In the vacancy filters, you can work with open vacancies, for example through Only open vacancies. This helps you focus on vacancies that are still relevant for action.
With interim vacancies, pay extra attention to the closing date and status. Some assignments have short response windows, so freshness matters for follow-up and matching.
For important vacancies, always check the closing date in the original source. Use the original vacancy link when you want to make sure you are working with the most current source information.
