Are you using an integration and missing a vacancy in your ATS? First check whether the vacancy is visible in the NIXZ web application under Vacancies.
If the vacancy is visible there, NIXZ has retrieved it and the issue is likely related to synchronization or the setup of the ATS integration.
If the vacancy is not visible there, NIXZ has not retrieved the vacancy yet or it is not available within the connected source. In that case, contact our support team so we can investigate with you.
