Where possible, changes are synchronized almost in real time. As soon as NIXZ can recognize a relevant change, it is processed and forwarded to the connected system.
The exact speed differs per platform and setup. Some systems pass on changes directly, while other integrations depend on periodic checks, available API capabilities, or specific customer settings.
It also matters whether a change can be reliably identified. Only changes that NIXZ can properly recognize and link to the right object, such as a candidate, vacancy, or request, can be synchronized automatically.
