How often vacancies are updated depends on the source and the chosen setup.
New vacancies from activated sources are processed within a few minutes after they become available in the source. With a direct ATS integration, NIXZ forwards new vacancies from your preferred sources to your ATS almost immediately once they are available within the agreed setup.
Updates to existing vacancies can differ per source. Some sources clearly provide updates, while others mainly provide new publications or current lists. Where possible, NIXZ automatically updates retrieved vacancies or interim assignments with the most recent data.
For time-sensitive interim vacancies, always check the closing date and the original source. Assignments from DAS or VMS platforms in particular can have short response windows.
