The NIXZ Plugin is a browser extension that turns NIXZ into a side panel in your browser. From the plugin, you have direct access to features such as candidate search, vacancy search, contact detail lookup, and saved results.
You can open the plugin on any web page through the NIXZ icon in your browser toolbar. That gives you access to NIXZ and your ATS data without first navigating to a separate application.
When you visit a page that the plugin recognizes, such as a candidate or company profile within a supported platform, the plugin automatically loads the relevant context. The matching profile is then shown directly in the plugin, so you can review extra information or perform actions from NIXZ.
With the NIXZ Plugin, you can:
- check whether someone already exists in your ATS;
- synchronize candidates with your ATS;
- link candidates to vacancies;
- edit candidate data;
- add and edit companies and contacts in supported OTYS environments;
- add and edit contacts in supported OTYS environments.
Use the settings to adjust the plugin to your workflow.
Want to show or hide the plugin quickly?
- Pin the extension from your browser’s extensions menu so you can open the plugin easily.
- Click the NIXZ logo in the plugin bar to show or hide the panel.
