The Candidates page is your persistent overview of candidates you added, saved, or want to follow up on in NIXZ.
While Search is meant to find and review new profiles, Candidates is where you work with the selection that remains after that. Use it to manage candidates you want to find again later, share with colleagues, label, export, or add to a Campaign.

Open Candidates in the main menu on the left.
From profile to candidate
Not every profile you see needs to become a candidate straight away. During search, you first review which profiles are relevant for your vacancy, assignment, or target group.
Once you save a profile, add one through a resume upload, or import it with a social media URL, it appears in the candidates overview. From that point on, you can manage that profile as a candidate inside NIXZ.
What you see in the overview
The candidates overview shows a table with the main information you need to quickly recognize who someone is and what their current status is.
Depending on your setup, you may see labels, contact details, ATS information, or other columns that help you organize your selection. You can search, filter, and open candidates without having to go back to an earlier search.
For each candidate, you can open additional actions through actions, such as viewing the profile, editing details, opening a resume, exporting, or adding the candidate to a Campaign.
Organizing with labels
Labels help you group candidates in a way that fits your workflow. For example, you can use labels for a role, team, status, priority, or campaign preparation.
You can create your own labels and assign them to one or more candidates. That keeps even a larger candidate list manageable.
Adding candidates
Besides candidates you save from a search, you can also add candidates manually. For example, you can upload a resume or import one or more profiles at once with a social media URL.
Use this when you already found a candidate outside a search, but still want to manage that person centrally in NIXZ.
Data retention period
Profile information stays available in NIXZ for a maximum of 30 days, unless you received explicit permission to keep the data longer.
Do you have the candidate's permission? Use the consent button next to the candidate's name. The profile then remains available for as long as that permission is valid.
