Once you created a selection of interesting profiles in NIXZ, you can add them to a Campaign. From that point on, you are no longer working with loose search results, but with candidates you actively want to follow up on.
This is especially useful when you already know, from a search, Shortlist, or the candidates overview, which candidates you want to approach.
From selection to follow-up
A campaign usually does not start with every profile you found, but with a deliberate selection.
First review which profiles are relevant for your vacancy, assignment, or target group. Then add only the selected candidates to the right campaign.
That keeps searching, reviewing, and outreach as separate steps. It makes the process easier to manage and helps prevent candidates from ending up in the wrong follow-up flow.
Adding candidates
Select one or more candidates and click Campaign.
Then choose the campaign you want to add the selection to. Depending on how the campaign is set up, the candidates are prepared for further follow-up, such as email steps or other available actions.
What to check before you add them
Before adding candidates, confirm that you selected the right people and that the campaign matches the context of your search.
For example, check whether:
- the campaign belongs to the same vacancy or assignment;
- the message fits this selection;
- the required contact details are available;
- you want to add all selected candidates at the same time.
After that, you manage the rest of the follow-up inside the campaign itself.
