Use Export when you want to download, share, or forward candidates to another system. This is useful when you want to keep a selection outside NIXZ or sync it with your ATS/CRM.
Where to find it
Select one or more candidates in Candidates and click Export.
Export options
Depending on your environment, you may be able to export to:
- Export to Excel;
- Export as a PDF;
- Export to your CRM / ATS.
When exporting to an ATS/CRM, you can often also choose a Vacancy (optional) and include extra status fields or notes. This workflow can differ per connected system.
Sharing candidates
You do not use export only for downloading. You can also use it to share candidates with colleagues or send them to other systems. Choose the export type that best fits the goal of your selection.
