You may be unable to connect to your ATS environment. This usually happens while entering your ATS domain and login details.
This article gives you a few steps to solve the problem:
- Make sure the plugin is up to date
- Make sure your Chrome browser is up to date
- Turn on Chrome sync:
- Make sure you do not block third-party cookies.
Allow third party cookies
Go to your Chrome settings:
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of your browser
- Scroll down and open the settings
Open the Privacy and security page
Check that the settings match the example below.
