You may be unable to connect to your ATS environment. You will get an error when you log in with your ATS domain and log in with your ATS login details.
In this article we will give you some tips to solve this problem:
- Make sure the plugin is up to date
- Make sure your (Chome) browser is up to date
- Turn on sync (of your Chrome account) in your Chrome browser:
- Make sure you do not block third party cookies
Allow third party cookies
Go to your chrome settings:
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right of your browser
- Scroll down and open the settings
Open the "Privacy and security" page
Check that you have the same settings as shown below
