Because SalesForce has tightened its security regarding the use of third-party apps, such as the NIXZ Plugin, the plugin must be approved once by the administrator in SalesForce.
If you experience a connection issue, you can follow the steps below.
As a system administrator, take the following steps to establish an approved OAuth connection between Salesforce and the Nixz plugin:
- Go to Setup
- Search for Connected Apps OAuth Usage
- Find the NIXZ Connector app in the list
- Click the Install button
- A new screen will open - click Install again
