NIXZ helps you find the right professionals, vacancies, and opportunities faster. Use it to search, assess, enrich, and follow up with the people you want to reach. You can work from the NIXZ dashboard, from your ATS/CRM, or through the NIXZ Plugin.

What can you do with NIXZ?
With NIXZ, you can:
- search for and review professionals based on a vacancy description or a free-text search;
- save, enrich, and link candidates to your ATS/CRM;
- view and synchronize vacancies and interim assignments;
- request contact details when they are available;
- use campaigns or sequences to follow up with candidates;
- work from the dashboard, the plugin, or directly in your ATS/CRM.
How is NIXZ structured?
NIXZ consists of a few main parts. You can use them separately or together.
Candidates
Use Candidates when you want to search for, compare, import, or manage professionals. This is also where you can request contact details, export records, and add candidates to campaigns or sequences.
Vacancies
Use Vacancies to review, filter, and connect vacancies or interim assignments to candidates. This is useful when you want to start from an assignment instead of a profile.
Sequences
Use Sequences when you want to follow up with candidates through planned email or LinkedIn messages. Here you set up the content, timing, and sender account.
Plugin
Use the NIXZ Plugin when you mostly work from your ATS/CRM. The plugin shows NIXZ features inside your own work environment, so you do not need to switch between systems as often.
Where to start
If you mainly work in the dashboard, start with Search, Candidates, or Vacancies.
If you mainly work in your ATS/CRM, the Plugin is often the fastest way to use NIXZ.
The main places in the dashboard are:
- left navigation: Home, Search, Sequences, Candidates, and Vacancies;
- top-right menu under your name: Settings, Team management, Billing, Integrations, and Logout;
- top bar: your credit balance and the info menu with items such as Download plugin and Knowledge base.
