Once you are logged in, you arrive in your NIXZ environment. From there, you can quickly move to the parts you have access to, such as Search, Candidates, Vacancies, Sequences, Settings, and admin pages.
What you see depends on your subscription, your permissions, and how your organization uses NIXZ.
The dashboard
The dashboard is your starting point in NIXZ. Here you find the main parts of your environment and can click through to the features available to you.
Do you mainly use NIXZ from your ATS/CRM? Then you may work in the dashboard less often and use the NIXZ Plugin or embedded NIXZ tabs instead.
Main navigation
Use the main navigation to go to the different parts of NIXZ.
For example, you can work with:
- Home for the dashboard;
- Search to find and review professionals;
- Sequences to follow up with candidates;
- Candidates to manage professionals;
- Vacancies to view or synchronize vacancies and interim assignments.
Do you not see a section? You may not have access to that feature, or your organization may not use that part of NIXZ.
Top of the screen
In the top-right menu under your name, you will find:
- Settings
- Team management
- Billing
- Integrations
- Logout
At the top of the screen, you also see your credit balance. That balance links to the page where you can buy credits. In the info menu, you can find Download plugin and Knowledge base.
Downloading the NIXZ Plugin
Do you want to install the NIXZ Plugin? In NIXZ, you will find a button or link that takes you to the Chrome Web Store. There, you can download the plugin and add it to your browser.
After installation, you can use the plugin to sign in to your ATS/CRM and use NIXZ features while browsing.
Working from your ATS
Do you use NIXZ in your ATS/CRM? Then you may not always work in the NIXZ dashboard itself.
In that case, you open NIXZ features directly from your ATS using embedded NIXZ tabs or the plugin. The way you navigate may differ slightly per ATS, but the features work as consistently as possible.
