When you get access to the NIXZ Plugin, you will receive an activation email. After activation, you can install the plugin from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with the ATS that belongs to your account.
When will you receive the activation email?
The activation email is sent once your user has been created or once you get access to the NIXZ Plugin.
The email contains a link to activate your account. Open the link and follow the steps to set your password.
After that, you can go to Download plugin in NIXZ or use the info menu item Plugin downloaden to open the Chrome Web Store and install the plugin.
How long is the activation link valid?
The activation link is only valid for a limited time. Open it as soon as possible after receiving the email.
Has the link expired? Request a new activation link or contact your administrator.
Did not receive an activation email?
First, check your spam or junk folder. Activation emails can sometimes end up there.
Still cannot find the email? Check whether your account was created with the correct email address. If you are stuck, contact your administrator or our support team.
