With a direct ATS integration, NIXZ can synchronize new vacancies or interim assignments from your preferred sources with your ATS or CRM. This ensures relevant vacancies automatically appear in the system your team works in every day.
This is especially useful when you do not only want to review vacancy feeds in the NIXZ web application, but also want to use them inside your own ATS workflow.
Not a standard integration
A direct integration with your ATS is configured together during onboarding. NIXZ discusses with you which sources you want to use, which data you need, and how vacancy data should be mapped to your ATS or CRM.
After that, we configure the integration based on your ATS, field structure, workflow, and business rules.
What we discuss during onboarding
During onboarding, we look at things such as:
- which vacancy sources you want to connect;
- which fields are required in your ATS;
- how source fields should be translated into ATS fields;
- using AI to rewrite texts in your preferred writing style;
- which statuses, categories, or labels are needed;
- whether any other customer-specific rules apply.
This helps prevent vacancies from arriving technically, but not being usable for recruiters.
What happens after setup
After setup, NIXZ forwards new vacancies from the agreed sources to your ATS. Depending on the integration, NIXZ can also indicate whether a vacancy has already been saved in the ATS.
It is also possible to forward vacancies to your ATS or CRM only after you have reviewed them in the NIXZ web application. In that case, you may see actions in the vacancy view such as Save to ATS or a status such as Saved to ATS. Contact NIXZ about the possibilities or schedule an online demo.
Embedded ATS views
Besides a direct integration or using the NIXZ web application, NIXZ can also provide integrated views inside your ATS. This lets you use NIXZ vacancy data and candidate matches directly within your ATS for a candidate or client, without requiring every recruiter to work separately in the NIXZ web application or automatically placing all vacancies into your ATS.
