NIXZ can retrieve vacancies from DAS and VMS portals. In consultation, these vacancy sources can be configured based on your own subscription on such a portal. NIXZ then uses your organization’s authentication details to retrieve vacancies that are available through that subscription.
This is especially useful when your own account gives access to more vacancies than are publicly available. For example, because your organization has been admitted to a marketplace, has won a framework agreement, or has access to restricted assignments from specific clients.
Sources with your own access
When a vacancy source is connected through your own subscription, NIXZ retrieves vacancies within the permissions of that account. As a result, the available assignments can differ per customer, portal, or client.
Besides standard DAS and VMS portals, other sources can also be unlocked when they are not available by default. Think of vacancies from a mailbox, restricted career sites, or other websites that require separate access.
Managing authentication details
You can manage the required login details through the integrations management page in the NIXZ web application. There, you can add, update, or replace credentials when needed.
If authentication fails while retrieving new vacancies, the administrator of the NIXZ account automatically receives an email notification. This allows the administrator to update the credentials so NIXZ can try retrieving the vacancies again.
Good to know
The vacancies NIXZ can retrieve depend on the access level of the subscription or source being used. If your organization gains more rights within a portal, for example because of a new framework agreement, it can be worth checking whether the connected source is still configured in the best way.
