Do you want to send an email to a candidate during your campaign, but the contact details are missing? Then the follow-up cannot continue yet. Without a usable email address, NIXZ cannot execute the email step for that candidate.
How to recognize it
In the campaign overview, you can see when a candidate is blocked because of missing data. The candidate may then show a status such as Missing email.
This does not mean the candidate has been removed from the campaign. It only means that the step requiring contact details cannot be executed yet as long as no valid email address is available.
What you can do
For each candidate, decide whether it is worth filling in the missing data. You can check the data manually, enrich contact details, pause the candidate temporarily, or remove the candidate from the campaign if follow-up is no longer useful.
Does your campaign use automatic enrichment? Then check the setting Use credits for contact details. This determines whether credits may be used automatically to retrieve missing contact details.
When enrichment makes sense
Enrichment is especially useful for candidates who are strong enough matches to follow up actively. If the missing email address is the only real blocker and you genuinely want to approach this candidate, using credits can make sense.
For less relevant candidates, it is often better not to enrich automatically. That way, you only use credits where they actually add value.
