To manage subscriptions and users in NIXZ, you need to be an administrator of your NIXZ environment. If you do not have those rights yet, ask your administrator for access.
Subscriptions
On Billing, you will find an overview of all subscriptions. There you can see what is active and, depending on your permissions, make changes.
Some subscriptions are managed directly in NIXZ. Other subscriptions are handled through your ATS or partner. In that case, send changes there.
Users
In Team management, you can see which colleagues have access to NIXZ.
On that same page, and if you have the right permissions, you can add or link users, and edit or remove existing users.
Plugin and licenses
A NIXZ user does not automatically get a NIXZ Plugin subscription. That license is usually requested through your ATS or through the organization that manages NIXZ for you.
For OTYS environments, you may also be able to upgrade or downgrade between Lite and Pro directly in NIXZ, if you have the required permissions.
