Activation links are only valid for a limited time. Has your link expired? Then request a new activation link from your administrator or contact our support team.
Are you using the plugin and signing in through your ATS? Then NIXZ usually needs to be activated again through your ATS web application. In that case, ask your ATS administrator for a new activation link or to set up the activation again.
What can you do?
- First check whether the link still opens.
- Request a new activation link if the link has expired.
- Check whether you used the correct email address.
Do you have an ATS subscription where NIXZ must be activated through your ATS? Then activate NIXZ again through your ATS web application.
