Are you an administrator and working in the dashboard? Open the menu under your name in the top right corner and choose Billing. You can cancel your subscription there.
Do you only use the plugin and do not have dashboard access? Ask your administrator or ATS contact person to handle it for you.
Do you have a subscription through a partner such as OTYS, Cluen, ForceFlow, or Carerix? Then contact your own contact person.
Do you have a direct subscription with NIXZ and no access to Billing? Then contact us as a last step at support@nixz.io. We will process your request and send a confirmation if the notice period is correct.
