Forgot your password? No problem. If you sign in with a NIXZ account, you can easily reset it from the NIXZ login page.
Are you using the plugin and signing in through SSO with your ATS? Then your password is usually the password of your ATS account. In that case, reset your password through your ATS, not through NIXZ.
How to reset your password
- Go to the NIXZ login page.
- Click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your email address and submit the request.
- Open the email you receive from NIXZ.
- Click Reset password and choose a new password.
Do you not receive an email?
First check your spam folder. If you do not find the email there either, check whether you used the correct email address. If it still does not work, contact your administrator.
